Nancy Arduengo Dr. Nancy Arduengo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Talented Organization Development (OD) Consultant with demonstrated expertise in helping managers and employees align behaviors with mission objectives. Consummate developer of programs and activities designed to build collaboration on teams dealing with conflict and change. Experienced in working with all levels in an organization.

As the Principal Consultant and change management expert for The ArdLen Group, Dr. Arduengo has responded to various RFPs; developed consulting proposals, designed and implemented interventions for organizations that are going through significant change. The goal of each intervention is to avoid unnecessary productivity drops by building transition management and communication plans that reduce staff confusion, resistance and turnover.


RICH COHEN Richard Cohen, JD, MSOD

An experienced organization development consultant that has worked with organizations and individuals for more than 15 years in areas of leadership and management development, organizational culture change, team development, and diversity management. He is a skilled group facilitator and trainer, and one-on-one coach. He has helped many individuals in senior and middle management significantly improve their performance and effectiveness, and achieve recognition and advancement in their careers.

Mr. Cohen has provided 360 feedback coaching to executives in KeySpan Energy Delivery, Johnson & Johnson companies, Morgan Stanley, General Public Utilities (now First Energy), and Penguin Putnam Books. He is also a guest instructor in organizational culture and leadership at the US Army War College, Carlisle, PA, and is a Vietnam war veteran who served as an officer in the US Army. Rich is qualified in the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator) and is certified in the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model. Rich holds a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute. He also holds a JD degree and was a practicing attorney for 25 years prior to entering the field of organization development.


Melonie GarrettMelonie Garrett, MSOD, MCC

As a senior consultant, Ms. Garrett is a successful professional business and action learning coach, leadership development facilitator and consultant serving the private, local and federal sectors. She is a Master of Science organizational development (OD), facilitator of learning, and master certified coach (MCC) with over 25 years of outcome-based experience transforming organizations through learning and dialogue. Ms. Garrett serves as a powerful resource for leaders and their respective organizations, reshaping leadership and organizational patterns of thinking and work practices that no longer serve the intent, goals or desired outcomes. Her first-hand experience in the various dimensions of executive leadership and the complexities facing leaders allow her to customize her coaching and facilitation in a way that leverages real-world business solutions and breakthrough results at an enterprise-wide level.

She has held senior leadership roles in Information Technology, Customer Quality Management, Leadership Development, and Human Resources (HR). Ms. Garrett’s learning interventions include coaching; leadership competency development and facilitation; team building; retreat, advance and strategic planning facilitation; change management; action learning (AL). Her leadership development work at NASA has been nationally recognized, winning NASA federal awards for Leadership Alchemy, Accelerated Leadership Program, and Diversity Dialogue Project (DDP).


Corrine GreasleyCorrinne M. Greasley, MS, SHRM-SCP, GPHR

Ms, Greasley is a seasoned human resource professional with a proven history of achievement in leading and directing the human resource function in the US, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Greasley has broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and benefits analysis, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development. An effective collaborator, Ms. Greasley works seamlessly across regions, cultures, and organizational units to facilitate positive business outcomes.

Ms. Greasley designs customized training for organizations in a wide variety of human resource areas including employee performance management, diversity and inclusion, HR basics for non-HR professionals, and anti-harassment training. She also conducts HR risk assessments to ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant with local employment laws and best practices.

As a subject matter expert in her field, Ms. Greasley has hosted a number of workshops, participated on panel discussions and has given numerous presentations on a wide variety of human resource areas.

Ms. Greasley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in business statistics and a Masters of Science (MS) in Industrial / Organizational Psychology. She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.

Ms. Greasley is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) advocate and active volunteer with strong interest in helping urban youth and disadvantaged young people.


Anne Hull R. Anne Hull, M.Ed.

R. Anne Hull provides leadership and assists with implementing organizational changes through strategic planning, performance-based training design, development and delivery. She is recognized for change management skills, group facilitation and presentation abilities. She manages organization culture audits with employee opinion surveys and facilitated feedback meetings. Using competency models and 360-degree feedback she supports succession planning strategies. She successfully facilitated process improvement initiatives, change management interventions, and cross-functional teams within a multi-union environment. Her current work supports employee engagement and retention through career management strategies.

 Ms. Hull has worked with federal and county agencies, banking and financial organizations, publishing, information technology, telecommunications, real estate development, university, non-profit and volunteer organizations. 

 Ms. Hull holds a Masters of Education in Counseling, specializing in Career Development from University of Montevallo. She holds certifications in Organizational Development certificate from Georgetown University. Performance Improvement Project Facilitation with the Rummler Bache Group, Managing Organizational Change with OD Resources and is a Kirkpatrick Principal Evaluator.
